[Tagging] lanes:psv, lanes:bus - reserved or available?

Correct.
I'd also add:
bus:lanes=designated|yes|yes to indicate it's a designated bus lane
(example in left hand drive)
motor_vehicle:lanes=no|yes|yes to exclude all other motor vehicles from
using the bus lane (if exclusive).
psv or bus depends on the local conditions if the bus lane is exclusive to
busses or also allows taxis etc.
