I'd also strongly favor moving to a vote-by-mail system rather than using
the Wiki, which, while it hasn't happened yet to my knowledge, can be
trivially gamed by an unscrupulous user.  Email is the lowest common
denominator, and this is a process that should be as accessible as possible.
