Why did you change the title of the thread?

I am still confused on how to map a healthcare centre, and the ones that I
have in mind are not wards at all.
Here in the Veneto Region of Italy we have two types of places that i would
be tempted to tg s healthcare=centre
Local health centres of the state run health service (called Districts)
they offer a mix of services which span from purely administrative to
list of services provided
(this is a mixed list of services provided on location and services they
Private healthcare multi-service centres
they provide typically a large mix of services: specialist visits (no
General Practinioner), some day hospital services (no overnight beds),
health screening, laboratory services, medical imaging

I just have discovered that the private healthcare centre that I regularly
use <https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/131814556>, is not even tagged in
OSM, its tagged as building=industrial.
It has all the above services under one roof and also a small coffee bar
(for customers only). Formally it's subdivided into two companies. It has
one entry and two reception desks.
OK, I will use two nodes inside the building
Company1 offers: Imaging services (Xrays, RMI; tomography, ultrasound
imaging, ...)
This would be healthcare=centre
But I do not see how to tag these services
Company 2 offers:
Poliambulatorio (cardiologia, dermatologia, gastroenterologia, medicina
estetica, ortopedia, otorinolaringoiatria ecc.), check up, day hospital (no
overnight beds)
This could go as a healthcare=clinic
- no idea how to tag the different services on offer, however
healthcare:speciality=* cannot be used multiple times, unless we accept
semicolon-separated values.

Why don't we try to complete together mapping this specific example, and
maybe a couple of other ones in different countries.
The web page listing the services is this:
