Problematic in the UK, where most general practitioners are sub-contractors
to the health service, as are dentists.  They are thought of as separate,
usually are.  My local Integrated Care Centre replaced a cottage hospital
and a general practice with both in one building, but separately

Saying this is one big, coherent, monolithic entity called a clinic doesn't
fit well with how it is thought of or what people are looking for.
