One may ask OSMF about whatever they got requests for private user data,
but tagging mailing list is probably bad place for that.

So you may be order to not release some info (for example about providing
personal info hosted on your servers) AND you may be ordered to not say
anything about fact that you received a gag order.

Though not sure how likely is that OSMF was hit with something like that.
