[Tagging] building:roof:shape vs roof:shape

Makes sense, however usage is still slowly increasing:
- though much less than with roof:shape which is strongly upward:

The one listed use for building:roof:shape is OSM Buildings -
<https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/projects/osmbuildings> - but it
appears to also support roof:shape so there shouldn't be a problem with
