[Tagging] Tagging a Portuguese pavement

That's a possibility we considered in our discussions.
Technically, in OSM database terms, I don't know what's the difference
between a tag and a namespace (I would appreciate if someone could
explain this).
But then we realized there are already:
sett:pattern
sett:material
sett:type
sett:shape

so, it would be natural to follow along and use sett:style (which could
be used to map other sett styles).
