[Tagging] consider website=www.openstreetmap.org to be OK

Right now https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:website has:

"include the scheme (http or https) explicitly. https://www.openstreetmap.org/,
not www.openstreetmap.org/ <http://www.openstreetmap.org/>"

Why this is supposed to be substantially better?

Why not simply use website=www.openstreetmap.org <http://www.openstreetmap.org> for http/https?

Current documentation results in some validators complaining
about all website tags without http or https - and adding this
prefixes is massive and pointless waste of time.

See for example https://github.com/osm-fr/osmose-backend/issues/1115

I propose to remove this sentence as not useful and encouraging busywork.
