[Tagging] Consider amenity=water as deprecated?

I guess the idea of the tag is predating man_made=water_tap, and is a
modification of amenity=drinking_water for places which provide water that
is (at least officially) not drinkable.There had been some discussions
about amenity=drinking_water, drinkable=no some time ago ;-)
