[Tagging] spelling of healthcare=birthing_center

Hi Timmy,

I'd be in favour of your idea, yet I don't know if a complete Proposal Process would be required for such a change?

Apart from that, it would be worth remembering to change the JOSM healthcare Preset [1] which is as easy as just a wiki change. I haven't found a Preset for the iD editor though.
