[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Approved - Fire lookouts

The fire lookouts proposal has been approved, with 21 votes in favor and 2 votes against. Thank you very much to everyone who participated in the voting or provided feedback.

I have just created wiki pages for both of the new tags (building=fire_lookout and emergency=fire_lookout), which can be found here:
