[Tagging] Planning route in the shade during hikes either in urban areas or forests

I am opposed to the mapping of shade.
While I think this is an interesting problem, I think it is simply too
nebulous of a concept that doesn't belong in OSM.
I believe the Australians would also object to the characterization of
shade being on the north side of a building as well :)
I intend to vote against it if put up for a vote.
