I am not sure about village green how much "green" is actually required,
but a Dorfanger may also not have any green, although it is common that
there is grass.

I also believe that a Dorfanger is typically centrally located in an
"Angerdorf" (type of village) while a village green is typically at the
historical edge of a village (says Wikipedia).

Generally, you can think about Wikidata and Wikipedia interlanguage article
links describing things that ideally are somehow related to each other (not
so rarely completely off, or at least there would be other objects closer
to the concept than those linked) but not so rarely are not.
