Hi Martin

It depends on the situation.
Who operates the pole? Who is coming when it fell down?
Has the public lighting operator been asked to install a camera or was it
different?

Depending of the design or local signage (company names, norms refs,
manufacturer's model name...), you can guess it from other poles, with or
without cameras, with or without lighting.
