[Tagging] How to tag with KartaView images?

Hi list,

We have dedicated Mapillary key [0] that specifies image id (like 169299668433527 [1], set on OSM building [2]). 
Overpass Turbo, for example, recognizes that key and allows to view image from within O.T. interface.

But I am not sure how to use images hosted on KartaView system, as there's no tagging info in relevant wiki page [3].

Currently, I use "image" key to set ling to the KartaView interface showing image, and also information about track, so 
that viewer can even navigate forward/backward across that track of images. See [4] set on the building mentioned before 
[2].

Though one Lithuanian OSM community member showed concern if this is actually OK to do that. Link is not directly to the 
image, but to the website that loads the image (seems like "image" key allows to link to the webiste: "URL or URI of a 
page containing the image alongside copyright information and other details", but that does not seem "perfect" [5]). 
That would not be "nice" for other tools like Overpass Turbo, as they would have to load that page by themselves, and 
then figure out the actual image URL if they wanted to implement image viewing functionality as there is with Mapillary 
case.

Alternative would be to use "image" key but set direct link to the image, for example to 
https://api.openstreetcam.org/storage13/files/photo/2021/6/24/proc/3686249_15600_60d4c8c627ab8.jpg , but I am not sure 
if this link to the "...storage13..." is actually persistent. I've added CC to KartaView contact mail address with hope 
to get comment form KartView developers. Also, if there's already link to other image beforehand, there would be no way 
to add KartaView image (with track info, etc).

Another way would be to start using "kartaview" key, like there are just few uses already [6] . But even there, we see 
values like "2990358:29" and "/details/1353375/3377", so lack of consistency is already there with just few keys used...

So I feel a bit lost, and so would like to get some suggestions and guidance from OSM community. It would be great to 
get comments from KartaView representatives too!

My motivation is to upload images to KartaView first, and then to Mapillary, just for the sake of not making Mapillary 
the monopoly of geo-tagged images...
