[Tagging] sport without pitch but club : ok or tagging mistake ?

I know what the level tag is, I have done indoor mapping in the past.
I would not like to repeat my question. Could you please give an
answer (share what node-way-relation you would create for the above
scenario and what key-value pairs each of them would have)
