[Tagging] Cycle route with numbered and named exits

I don't think it's about a regional cycle node network.
If these are true cycleway exit/junction-numbers, I would suggest:
I have not seen them in Nederland yet, but I know "bicycle highways" are
planned and implemented, so numbered exits would not be unexpected.
