I agree with that.
But it is an advanced information and therefore should not be
in the main tag.
it would be much more convenient to have :
main tag : type of object : tank (closed structure) or basin (open
structure on top)
secondary tag : storage or process
other info : content or process that takes place there.
so structured, it allows an incremental contribution,
guarantee of quality, instead of being wrong once on 2
