[Tagging] Swimming pool lanes

I believe for swimming lanes it would be useful to be able to indicate as property of a leisure=swimming_pool whether there are swimming lanes, and how many, and maybe how long they are (I know it might be possible to infer it from the geometry, but a property seems more precise and easier to make use of).

It’s also common that lanes are temporarily removed, for example in municipal swimming pools which also serve as leisure places for the residents that don’t want to “exercise”. If this is by schedule it could be tagged with conditional-syntax (I’m not going to map pools with this level of detail in the next future, but in theory).

E.g. swimming_lanes=no
or swimming_lanes:50m=12
or swimming_lanes:50m=12@(Mo-Fr;PH off)

or
swimming_lane:count=12
swimming_lane:length=50m
this is maybe simpler, opens a way for additional properties (width) and if there are different lengths in the same pool we could invent subareas for pools and tag the lanes on those ;-)
