[Tagging] Swimming pool lanes

Strangely, you forgot to mention that lanes=* was added to the wiki page
for the leisure=track tag on 10 May 2017. This change went unremarked on
the discussion page, probably because it was useful and uncontroversial
for mappers who actually use athletics tracks.

Whoever added it to lanes=* in January 2021 was simply describing
existing tagging practice for a combination which is in use on 4502 objects.

Apart from hypothetical vertically stacked running tracks and circular
swimming pools, I am struggling to find any coherent objection from you.
