... and live with the duplicated tagging. With all these "improvements" OSM
is becoming more and more unusable for data consumers.
This avalanche of deprecated features also slows down the work of normal
mappers. It is now rare to be able to save a JOSM changeset without getting
a warning about something deprecated which you didn't touch, which you are
not interested in, and which you have now knowledge about in the sense that
you cannot correct it, even if you wanted to.
