[Tagging] Recycling of PET beverage bottles

I'm sorry that I misrepresented your comment. That was not
intentional, but inaccurate reading.

Some of the places i changed were tagged recycling:PET while otheres
were tagged recycling:plastic_bottles. So it seems that there is
already some confusion (probably due to the lack of a suitable tag)
and that these places need to be resurveyed anyway.

Or maybe these people are happy now because now they only find places
where they can really return plastic bottles?

Okay, next time i create a new tag i'll write a wiki page and write a
message to this mailing list (and inform Weekly OSM as proposed by
Yves).
