Hi Mateusz Konieczny,

Since most of those sites are meant to be temporarily, I would suggest don’t tag them at all.
Just like roads works for a short time.
On the other hand, use ‘refugee camps’ for refugees, fleeing for war or hunger to the next peaceful country.
The other category are just immigrants and should ask the local embassy for an admission certificate. So that they can be examined on speech and craftsmanship. All immigrants should not dream about a land of milk and honey, just because some smuggler tells them the dream of the promised land.
But if they arrive it is still useful to concentrate schooling and living at the same place, an ‘internment site’, just to prevent them from running loose in an unknown country.
