[Tagging] Tag bathingWater IDs

Since this in itself doesn't seem to go anywhere, here is my suggestion:


"ref:EU:bathingWater" for the bathingWaterIdentifier

Some tag for the URL. Looking for suggestions.


Also, would it be worth going through the proposal process for this?
