I agree as well. Common practice is using the “name” key, which has mostly favorable effects. The argument, “name” should be the name of the object which “is” a information board, doesn’t really catch, because the board _is_ also a map, because of board_type=map 

The wiki is supporting this view as it has explicitly defined the name as title of the board:
