[Tagging] Title of maps (information=map)

For me inscription would be full text shown on board (though typically not
fitting in just single tag, I am unsure about copyright here - so I never tagged it).
name tag seems perfectly fine to tag name of the board (that is typically the same as
board title, except some rare cases).
So I see nothing wrong with putting board title into name tag, as it is its name.
But putting just title into inscription seems not really correct.
Also, if that is an attempt to imply that "name" tag should not be used here then
I am not OK with that.
