I think that's what I did when I found out a similar situation here. I'm
also wondering if it's the best way to map co-branded fast food (i.e. a
combined Taco Bell and KFC) or if there's a cleaner way to do so.
I've also been adding Laredo Taco Company as fast food inside
Stripes/7-Eleven, and the same for other similar c-store-based fast food
brands (Chester Chicken, Hunt Brothers Pizza, etc). I also map the
pharmacy as a separate entity from the "chemist" in a Walgreens or CVS
building, mainly so I can add separate opening_hours tags.
There are quite a few edge cases that the OSM data model doesn't deal
well with, and this is one of them.
