[Tagging] Feature proposal - RFC - Defensive works

The main problem with this new (for me) proposal is that it has the same
defect as bunker, only with more details.
The defect is that it is very specific to a certain period and a certain
part of the world.
It is not applicable to Celtic Hill Fort, or a Roman fort, or the Great
Wall of China, or pre-Renaissance fortified castles, any other of a large
number of other fortifications in different places or time periods.
And many of the European Renaissance fortifications, for which this
proposal is applicable, are already on the map with all kinds of different
mapping approaches Example: Palmanova
