This.

It's the Uniting Church Church, on the grounds of the Uniting Church, with
the Uniting Church Hall behind it, but the Seventh Day Adventist
congregation also use the Church on Saturdays for their services (which is
a far from uncommon situation in small country towns)

I've gone with leaving Uniting on the building itself, plus a node inside
for Seventh Day Adventists, so I'll see how it comes out over the next day
or 2?

As above, it's a Uniting Church property.
