What tag is used for street signs? Is anybody mapping street signs?
>From a semantic point of view, I agree that title could be seen as more
accurate, but from a practical point of view, it would complicate people's
life for no real gain, because they would have to look for 2 tags (title
and name) instead of one, and there won't be any names to put instead of
the current "name", so there isn't an actual problem with the current
situation.
