In many European countries this corresponds to the round blue road signs.
In addition there are other roads that are particularly suitable for
bicycles by virtue of the exclusion or restriction of other types of
vehicular traffic or by virtue of the road layout. I would add to that also
suitable crossings, in order to make to complete connectivity.
This is the point I was trying to make earlier, the basic network roads can
be found by navigation/routing devices by filtering - we don't need
relations for that.
