[Tagging] Seasonal Ferry Tags

My first post, apologies for any mistakes in form.

I am trying to map Ferries along the coast where I live and there don't 
seem to be well used tags that work for seasonal ferries.

(Ferries that only run in a summer season or only not in the winter)

So far I am thinking of tagging them with the existing tag :

seasonal=yes

But am looking for ideas regarding the following that can be reused from 
other services and whether it is a good idea or alternative suggestions:

Tag a start/end month or week?

Tag that reflects that a service only operates during daylight hours?

Tag if it operates on a timetable or 'on demand'

Tag if a booking is required, possible or not possible (first come first 
served)
