[Tagging] V3 to V4 Mapillary image id migration

I just received this message from Chris Beddow at Mapillary when I enquired
whether there were plans for a bot update.

"I was speaking with the OSM France community and it sounds like Frederic
Rodrigo, who maintains the Osmose-QA tool, is planning to make the update.
I may need to give him some extra information but I believe he already has
the 1:1 list of keys"
