[Tagging] Is it OK to use amenity=bicycle_rental for bicycle rental locations?

There are human operated places where you can rent a bicycle.

Is it OK to tag such places as amenity=bicycle_rental?

I have seen such use and used it myself.

The issue is that

seemed to intend it for docking stations only, though the issue was pointed even then.

OSM Wiki defines it right now as
"A place, usually unattended, where you can pick up and drop off rented bikes."

Would it be OK to use it for human-operated places that only or primarily
rent bicycles?

Would it be OK to describe it this way on OSM Wiki?
