[Tagging] Clinic that does admit inpatients

Is "does not admit inpatients" actually followed? At least in Poland it is for most
cases used for tagging places that admit inpatients.

If it is invalid - how one may tag places which are
- medical centers
- many doctors/nurses/associated staff
- may be standalone or part of a hospital
- admit inpatients
