[Tagging] Title of maps (information=map)

For information boards it seems fine to me to consider that their name is
the title.
In other words I would use name key. Usually I am quite strict with name tag being
only for names (with substantial effort taken to remove stuff like natural=tree name=Oak).
But here such names seems fine.
