[Tagging] Title of maps (information=map)

Most map boards I know either have no title or name tagged at all. If there
is a significant header line on the map, it is usually tagged as
name=<header line>. It's usually the name of the area rendered on this map,
and for what purpose, e.g. "Wanderkarte Daun". This strikes me as the name
of the information object as well as the title of the map.

I have no principal or practical problem with this tagging.
