[Tagging] Place where one *returns* rental cars

I found this oddity when browsing the map recently:

A place to *return* rental cars, tagged amenity=car_rental, which it
arguably should not be. I left a note on it to invite discussion via
that channel, but I thought I would ask here as well: is this correct
usage? (Probably not.) And if not, how should this be tagged instead?
