[Tagging] traffic calming bicycle bypass

Hi,

I want to discuss an enhancement of the tagging of traffic_calming=*

Some traffic_calming objects (bump, hump, ...) are only affecting cars 
and can be passed by bicycles (and other single-track vehicles) freely.

Example 1: bump with ~1m gap at the left side

The wiki states for traffic_calming=bump "it may have cut-outs and small 
gaps to the left and right for cyclists." but as these examples show, 
it's no bump-only feature and also for bumps it would be good to make 
this distinction.

I found:
61 bicycle_bypass=yes/no (59 in combination with traffic_calming=*)
11 traffic_calming:bicycle=no
1 traffic_calming:except=bicycle

Do you have any thoughts about this topic? Is bicycle_bypass the way to go?
