I don't remember this specific proposal (deprecating specifically social 
media links without contact: prefix) being made before. And I expect 
this narrow focus will make it more likely to succeed. I would approve 
the proposal as is.

In general, I appreciate constructive attempts to solve the contact 
issue because the problem won't go away on its own.
