[Tagging] tagging for red-turn signage for cyclists

But is it something present on all traffic lights? Or only some?
If it is a rule applying in general it may be dubious whether it should be mapped

Main problem here, is that while I dislike relations it may be tricky to guess
to which road this red turn right applies, maybe relation may  be needed
for a full clarity.
