[Tagging] How to tag sub-areas?

  Many features and their parts have names, but labeling them with the same
tag would be considered an error. For example, each part of a lake has a
name, and the lake as a whole also has the same name as one of its parts or
a different name; each part of a farm divided by a river has a name; each
part of a campus divided by roads has a name; the parts of a park divided
by roads are also named. How should they be tagged?
