[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Cash acceptance at PoS

Proposal

Add a label to any Points of Sales that will show whether cash is accepted
or not.

Nodes like shops, restaurants, petrol pumps, hotels will have an added
label "Cash_accepted" With the options Yes and No
Rationale

In the western society where the acceptance of Cash money is waning, and
point of sales become 'card-only', insight into where one can and can't pay
with cash is more and more desired. For those who value privacy and fear
record-keeping of every single purchase they do, the use of cash in every
day life is important.

This tag will allow the cash-community to map the acceptance of cash money
at the places they visit. The next step is to create a website that depicts
this feature, (Like sunders.uber.space does for CCTV).
