[Tagging] How to map trolley bus

[excellent3]

I didn't find any name to describe it. But this tool is very common and generally apply on the trolley wire.

I'm not sure. Looks like tagging is not defined for this feature. Does it have a common English name?

So how to tag the tool which help trolley bus to lift its trolley pole on the wire?

But should this tag need to be improved? Most city here has this issue. Other mapper also have this problem.

The route relation would still be route=trolleybus. If the road does not have a trolley wire above it (forcing the trolleybus to lower its pole and run on battery power), the road should have trolley_wire=no.

Sometimes this makes warnings appear in iD and JOSM, but they should be ignored.
