being very generic, place=locality is generally fine for dropping some
toponym, but the OP was asking about a specific tag for this kind of place.
Do you suggest subtagging place=locality, e.g. locality=mountain_flat? Or
should we prefer "natural" because these are names referring to natural
features rather than cultural ones? Is there a distinction like this with
place=locality?
