[Tagging] Meaning of access=yes on highway=footway?

Its also that

access=destination is 99% wrong.

Most/Any? kind of destination signage only applies to motor vehicles
of some kind.

With access=destination you include foot, bicycle etc.

So whenever you see access=* on a highway it is highly suspicious
and most likely wrong.

The point is that the Wiki does not make it very clear that

"access=destination" is just a synonym for motor_vehicle=destination
or the like. So people simply copy "access=*" from the wiki.
