[Tagging] Delete vs Removed LSP?

What is 'LSP'?


OSM is not a historical map.
https://www.openstreetmap.org/welcome:

"a place for mapping things that are both /real and current/ "

If features are completely removed, then remove the entity from OSM. If 
is still in existence but unused the 'disused:' prefix can be added.
