[Tagging] oneway bike lanes and tracks

(Most likely this has been discussed already at length, but I don't find
it.)

With reference to the situations L1a, L2, M1, M4 on the Bicycle wiki page
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bicycle> is it correct that the shown
oneway arrangement for the cycle lane is default and does not need to be
explicitly mapped.

Same question for the tracks (T1 ecc.)
