This proposal to deprecate departures_board=realtime for 
passenger_information_display =yes does not simply tagging, edit tools 
nor rendering as both keys remain.


Deprecation of passenger_information_display =yes  for 
departures_board=realtime  removes a key, this makes things easier and 
simpler.
