[Tagging] RFC: Removal of Eruvs from OSM, and further boundry=religious

How can one see and verify what the pole stands for? If there is nothing
specific, then there is no verifiable ground truth and I wouldn't map it.
If it is a special type of pole that everybody knows (except me), there is
enough ground truth.
